Partner Andy Jubinsky and associates Cameron Jean and Skyler Arbuckle won another arbitration for a national insurance agency upholding its termination for cause and forfeiture of commissions of an insurance agent who attempted to solicit other contracted agents to join a competitor agency. These back-to-back wins were tried a month apart in Chicago, Illinois.
