Stoker G. Burt Practice Overview

Mr. Burt’s practice focuses on complex commercial and insurance litigation. He represents clients across various industries, including real estate and insurance in a broad range of disputes involving insurance disputes, contracts and other litigation involving commercial businesses in both federal and state courts.

Prior to joining Figari + Davenport, Mr. Burt gained experience representing clients in the transportation, energy, real estate, and insurance industries involved in tort litigation, where he regularly obtained favorable results, including dismissal of several claims.
