Ms. Chakrabarty’s practice focuses on complex commercial and insurance litigation. She represents clients across various industries, including insurance, energy, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing, in a broad range of disputes involving contracts, employment, insurance disputes, and litigation involving commercial businesses in both federal and state courts.

Prior to joining Figari + Davenport, Ms. Chakrabarty practiced at a national law firm, where she gained experience representing clients in complex multi-district and consolidated litigations, and obtained favorable results, including settlement of numerous cases.
