Olivia G. Stedman Practice Overview

Ms. Stedman’s practice focuses on insurance and complex commercial litigation. She represents clients across various industries, including insurance, energy, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing, in a broad range of disputes involving contracts, injunctive relief, employment, insurance disputes, and litigation involving commercial businesses in both federal and state courts.

Prior to joining Figari + Davenport, Ms. Stedman gained experience representing clients in the oil & gas industries and municipalities involved in employment, contract, and personal injury litigation, where she regularly obtained positive results and dispositions of cases.
