Andrea developed a broad foundation of practical legal experience during law school that spans both advocacy in the classroom and work with practicing attorneys. As a student attorney with the W.W. Caruth, Jr. Institute for Children’s Rights, she gained firsthand experience representing children in the child welfare system. Beyond the classroom, she worked alongside attorneys in settings ranging from local government to private practice, gaining insight into municipal matters, immigration, employment, and insurance law. She also interned at a Fortune 500 company, giving her perspective on how legal strategies are shaped both within a company and by outside counsel. This range of experience gives her a well-rounded perspective and the ability to approach legal issues with versatility and practical insight.
