Figari + Davenport hopes that you and your family are staying healthy and safe during this challenging time.

We are committed to providing uninterrupted service to our clients. We had the foresight to develop a business contingency plan in the event COVID-19 temporarily impedes our ability to physically or safely work in our Dallas office. In that regard, Dallas County issued a “stay home stay safe” order that necessitates our lawyers and staff to temporarily work from home, except for essential services necessary to assist in compliance with legally mandated activities.

We’ve equipped our lawyers and staff with the necessary equipment and platform to work from home. Our technology allows us to work remotely with secure access to our Firm server. For example, we can continue to receive and send electronic data through secure means, and maintain, safeguard, and store data on our secure server. Telephone calls to our office lines are automatically re-directed to our cell phones when working remotely. Incoming mail is scanned and distributed to appropriate personnel, and meeting and conference call platforms, including video conferencing, are readily accessible as well. We also have the ability to e-file remotely and electronically receive or retrieve court filings on a remote basis.

Rest assured, it’s business as usual for us at F+D, even if we temporarily need to do so remotely from our homes. Our lawyers and staff stay connected on a daily basis, making sure your legal needs are our top priority. We founded the Firm over 30 years ago to provide superior service and exceed client objectives and expectations, and we will continue to follow these core values.
