Mr. Colleluori has been with Figari & Davenport since its inception. His practice encompasses a wide variety of business and commercial disputes. Mr. Colleluori has represented directors and officers, underwriters, and accountants in securities litigation, Texas banks in lender liability and borrower litigation, and major corporations in fraud, employment, tortious interference, and other commercial disputes. He also has handled professional negligence matters, a significant number of class actions, and numerous other types of commercial lawsuits.
Mr. Colleluori is highly skilled at running large pieces of litigation with difficult factual and legal issues. His innate analytical ability inures to the benefit of his clients on such cases, where he dissects the issues to identify those that require particular attention and emphasis at various stages of the litigation. Mr. Colleluori regularly performs cost benefit analyses in connection with his cases, discussing them with his clients as he assesses the situation and plans strategy and case development.
