Business Litigation; Insurance Litigation

Mr. Clack has a diverse litigation practice. He represents clients in a variety of business litigation matters, from commercial disputes involving contracts to complex disputes involving property ownership and partnership interests. He has represented major title insurance companies in a broad array of matters, including claims disputes, curative issues, as well as agency and coverage disputes.

Since joining Figari & Davenport, Mr. Clack has been involved in virtually all aspects of civil litigation, including first chair trial experience.
