Mr. Hubbard’s practice includes representing clients in complex litigation matters ranging from class actions, intellectual property disputes, securities violations, real estate litigation, and health insurance claims. He excels in the courtroom with superior oral argument skills founded on his successful collegiate debate background. He won his first case second chairing a breach of contract trial, within his first three months with the firm. In his first year of practice, Mr. Hubbard second chaired multiple trials, and his courtroom experience also includes presenting and defending numerous motions, including those for summary judgment and temporary injunctions. His ability to research complicated legal arguments and present them to the court in a concise, clear, and convincing fashion gives him added credibility and respect in the courtroom. His unique educational background in collegiate debate coupled with his continued growing litigation experience gives Mr. Hubbard the ability to effectively and zealously represent his clients’ best interests both in and out of the courtroom.
Mr. Hubbard earned his BA in Political Science from the University of Kentucky. While attending the University of Kentucky, Mr. Hubbard was awarded second place in the National Debate Tournament. Mr. Hubbard received his JD from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law in 2006. During law school Mr. Hubbard served as Article Editor for the SMU International Law Review.
