Mr. Walker's practice focuses on business and insurance litigation. He has experience in both state and federal courts, beginning with an externship with the Honorable Judge Buchmeyer of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. After law school, Mr. Walker clerked for the Honorable David Folsom in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Since joining the firm as an associate, Mr. Walker has represented individuals and businesses from across the country in courts and arbitration proceedings, beginning with cases involving insurance claims and general business disputes, and then extending into employment, trade secrets, intellectual property, securities, and consumer protection matters, including class actions.
