Mr. Walker's practice focuses on business and insurance litigation. He has represented clients in business disputes involving a wide range of matters, from fraud, contract, products liability and securities claims to patent and trademark infringement. Mr. Walker has also represented major life, health and disability insurance companies, as well as their third-party administrators, in a variety of disputes, including claims litigation and disputes involving ERISA plans, preferred provider contracts, agent agreements and reinsurance.
Mr. Walker has extensive experience in the federal courts, beginning with a federal clerkship with the Honorable David Folsom in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Mr. Walker has since represented clients from across the country in state and federal courts across the region, as well as in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. In each case, Mr. Walker focuses on achieving results that coincide with a client’s overall business objectives.
