Ms. Luebker has an active plaintiff and defense practice in business, securities, intellectual property, and labor litigation. She focuses her insurance litigation on defending national insurance companies on first-party insurance claims for life, health, and disability carriers. Ms. Luebker has successfully defended class action lawsuits, prosecuted and defended employment discrimination cases and non-competition agreements, and handled securities claims on behalf of international clients under federal and state securities laws.
Ms. Luebker is at home in the courtroom and enjoys a spirited debate, but is equally committed to using alternative dispute resolution procedures and her own ingenuity to find solutions to legal disputes. By staying attuned to her clients’ business objectives, analyzing the opposition’s motivations, and exploring options, she has successfully negotiated many settlements on behalf of her business clients and prevailed in court when an alternative solution could not be reached.
Her clients have included international financial consulting firms, brokerage firms, technology consulting firms, an internet sales company, retail establishments, and major life, health, credit, and disability insurance companies.
