Labor and Employment; Business Litigation
Mr. Barcus’ practice focuses on labor and employment litigation and on general commercial and business litigation. He represents employers in disputes involving state and federal anti-discrimination and retaliation laws, as well as claims involving non-compete agreements. Mr. Barcus also represents clients in a wide range of commercial matters, including multi-million-dollar contract claims, securities-related litigation, premises liability defense, and other business disputes.
Mr. Barcus has first chair trial experience, and is involved in every aspect of trial practice. He is driven to achieve the best and most efficient result in every case and for every client, large or small.
