We have also established a Diversity Committee to help identify and expand opportunities to diversify. This committee includes our managing partner, recruiting partner, and office manager evaluating progress, identifying opportunities and implementing plans toward greater diversity. Recognizing that law schools need to attract a diverse group of students to ensure diversity in the legal profession, our firm has begun to work with local organizations to educate students about the pursuit of a career in law. Our attorneys and staff also contribute to scholarship funds for summer leadership programs for these students.
